Who we are
Providing Food and Friendship
Caring for Friends has been serving all 5 counties of Greater Philadelphia for more than 50 years. We provide nutritious meals, friendly visits and human connection to homebound seniors, veterans, senior centers, schools, people with disabilities, families and neighbors in need throughout Greater Philadelphia.
Caring for Friends is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. We fulfill our mission through a homebound meals program, low-income senior centers, pantry partners who serve their communities, school food assistance programs, veterans work, homeless outreach, and a food bank — thanks to the help of more than 10,000 volunteers, donors, home cooks, visitors, and supporters.
